Who we are
GrittyFB is a recruiting intelligence company for high school football programs. We provide software and advisory services to athletic departments, student-athletes, and families. The company is founded and operated by Chris Conroy and based in Boston, Massachusetts.
What this site collects
This marketing site (grittyfb.com) does not capture form submissions or personal information directly. The only interactive element on the page is a mailto: link that opens your email client.
What you share when you email us
When you email chris@grittyfb.com, we receive your email address, your name (if included), and the contents of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential partnership with your athletic department or family.
Cookies and analytics
This marketing site does not currently use cookies or third-party analytics. If we add analytics in the future to understand which schools and audiences are finding us, we'll update this policy and tell you what we're collecting before we collect it.
What about the GrittyFB platform?
The GrittyFB software product, accessed at app.grittyfb.com, has its own privacy and data handling practices. Those practices are governed by separate documentation and partnership agreements with the schools we work with. This policy covers the marketing site only.
No sale of data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not run advertising on this site. We are not in the data brokerage business.
When we share information
We may share information with service providers who help us operate (for example, our email provider). We may also share information if required by law. Otherwise, your information stays with us.
Your rights
You can request deletion of any personal information you've shared with us by emailing chris@grittyfb.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We'll confirm receipt within five business days.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults — athletic directors, head coaches, school administrators, and parents of student-athletes. We do not knowingly collect information directly from anyone under 13.
Updates to this policy
This policy may be updated as the company grows. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. We'll notify partner schools directly of any material change that affects them.
